Nothing like a tasty Acai bowl in the morning !!!
Acai bowl
Ingredients
Granola (I used fresh from sprouts)
Frozen blueberries
Frozen strawberries
Banana
1 scoop of tropical vegan Shakeology (you can use a pre packaged Acai packet as well , they sell them at the grocery store )
Peanut butter or almond butter
Honey
👉🏼Layer bottom of a bowl with granola
👉🏼In a blender add frozen fruit , 1 scoop of Tropical Shakeology or Acai package , 1/2 cup of water (no fresh fruit in blender and no ice , you want this to get like a sorbet )
👉🏼Pour sorbet in bowl on top of granola , cut a half a banana later on top , sprinkle some granola on top, add 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter on top and a drizzle of honey!!!
(You can change it up with the fruits and get creative !!! )
