It took me 15 minutes to prepare my lunch and breakfast for the week!!!! I had a baby in hand and my 5 year old measuring and stuffing them for me!!
Salads and overnight oats !!! I tell my challengers if you don't plan , you are planning to fail!!! Make a plan and see it through!! It will make it so much easier on you!!! 🙌🏼
Layer salads : dressing , meat, veggies , lettuce , toppings (cheese& black beans)
Overnight oats: Greek yogurt , oats , fruit , honey
Busy is an excuse. Time is an illusion!! You can do it! You just have to ask yourself "How bad do I want this?" ❤️
